You need to connect with the client post appointment booking and share your own payment methods, such as UPI ID, bank account details, Razorpay/Stripe links, PayPal, and more. Clients pay you directly using these methods. BookMyMinutes does not hold, collect, or split your money — we only manage scheduling and communication around the session.
BookMyMinutes is an appointment and scheduling tool only. Any cancellations, no-shows, or refunds are handled directly between you and your client. BookMyMinutes does not intermediate, interfere with, or adjudicate transactions or disputes between you and your client.
When a booking is confirmed by you (user of BookMyMinutes), an event is created with the joining details you've configured (e.g., your Google Meet or Zoom link). Clients receive the event and join instructions by email and calendar invite.
