Clients pay you directly using these methods. BookMyMinutes does not hold, collect, or split your money—we only manage scheduling and communication around the session.

4What happens if someone cancels or doesn’t show up?

BookMyMinutes is an appointment and scheduling tool only. Any cancellations, no-shows, or refunds are handled directly between you and your client. BookMyMinutes does not intermediate, interfere with, or adjudicate transactions or disputes between you and your client.

5How do clients join the session?

When a booking is confirmed by you (user of BookMyMinutes), an event is created with the joining details you’ve configured (e.g., your Google Meet or Zoom link). Clients receive the event and join instructions by email and calendar invite.

Yes. You can move between the Free and Pro plans from your dashboard. Changes apply to future billing cycles.
