This data is collected in compliance with the guidelines set forth by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) and is used solely for the purpose of identity verification.

• • Our Platform integrates with third-party services for: (a) Aadhaar-based KYC verification; (b) Contact information verification (mobile numbers, email addresses) and location tracking.

3. Use of Google User Data

Book My Minutes integrates with Google Calendar to help users schedule and manage meetings seamlessly. When you connect your Google account, we request access via OAuth and only to the scopes necessary for scheduling.

Data We Access

• Calendar events & availability metadata: event times, durations, attendee emails, and free/busy information to prevent double-bookings.
• Create/modify/delete events: to add, reschedule, or cancel meetings when actions occur in Book My Minutes.
• Basic profile (name & email): to identify your account and send meeting notifications.
• Revoking Access: You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time from Bookmyminutes app as well as by visiting your Google Account’s security settings at https://account.google.com/permissions

We do not access your email content or unrelated Google data.

• • Client Data: We use the collected data to provide Client Data services and facilitate communication between Client Data providers and consent.

• • Platform Operations: Data is used to maintain and improve our platform functionality and user experience.
